For phones with removable batteries
The easiest way is to detach the back cover of the smartphone and take out the battery and then put it back if it is not very hot.
After that, just turn on the smartphone in the usual way.
For phones with a non-removable battery
But the rest remains to be hoped that the shutdown will work through the buttons, otherwise you will have to wait for the battery to completely discharge.
On most modern smartphones, one of the following keystroke combinations can help you:
- Press the power button for 7-15 seconds
- Press the power button and the volume button + for 7-15 seconds
- Press the power button and the volume button – for 7-15 seconds
As you already understood, you just need to hold down all possible combinations of physical buttons in turn and hold them for a sufficient time until they work. Usually it turns out successfully in this way to turn off or restart the phone.
If the buttons are out of order or only the screen sensor does not work (this may also look like a freeze), then it is better to immediately contact the service center for a qualified repair, but I still hope that the simpler methods that I suggested to you earlier will help you.
After a successful reboot, or, even more so, after a second freeze, it is advisable to detect the problem and look for its cause. Most often this will be a recently installed or updated application, or a system error. In the first case, it is better to delete the problematic application, and if the reason was a system failure, you can try to do reset to factory settings using this instruction .
